Distributor or Dealer Inquiries
Race Rubber always looking to expand our reach to our customers by building distribution and dealer networks that allow us to have physical locations globally. If you feel you can help build our brand and represent our products in a professional business manner please reach out to us with your inquiries. At this time we are trying to keep our authorized dealers to brick and mortar shops but understand the growing reach of the online stores. If you are online presence only we are open to discussing the possibility and will review your request accordingly.
Dealers and Distributors will be on an annual contract with MOQ minimum order quantities and must maintain certain inventory to keep your status. Applications will be reviewed annually.
Product Warranties
OVERVIEW
All Race Rubber parts, or items sold by Race Rubber, carry no warranty unless clearly expressed on this page. Any perceived warranties from any other source are not valid and will not be honored. Any products/items not listed are not covered by a warranty of any kind. Race Rubber Terms/Conditions superseded this page and shall be referred to for any conflicts. Warranty will be voided on any parts used for competition. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation and/or willful destruction parts. Follow all installation instructions carefully and operate all parts within their design parameters. Intentional damage to RR parts will immediately void your warranty.

Race Rubber
The Race Rubber has a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser of the product. There must be purchasing history and the old part must be sent back for review. Upon review we will send you out a new Race Rubber.

Magnetik Tether
The Magnetik Tether Harness comes with a 30 day warranty against manufacturers defect due to a faulty terminal or failure at the connections. All connections are carefully crimped and soldered to ensure we are building the best harness we can. If there is ever an issue outside of this warranty, you the customer may send it in for review. We are not responsible for improper routing and chaffing of the harness. The switch itself internals are designed for a million uses and should never fail due to the magnetic technology utilized. We will not be responsible for broken switch housings due to trauma or from over tightening during install.

We are only a dealer for ZRP parts. If there are any issues with a billet part you will need to contact them directly.
