Shipping Policy

 

PROCESS TIME & SHIPPING TERMS

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing times are 1-3 days, but it may take longer due to order volume and product inventory.  We are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Once your package leaves our facility it is at the mercy of the shipping companies.  There is literally nothing we can do once it is picked up by the delivery company.  If you order two days shipping and the carrier takes eight days, we apologize, but there is literally nothing we can do to speed them up or help your package arrive faster.  It is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company regarding delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • International orders only ship via USPS. "Normal" shipping time into Canada is 6-10 days but it varies substantially. You will be provided a tracking number and it will be your responsibility to deal with any delays, damages, lost packages, or customs inquiries that occur. We only accept responsibility for your order while it is at our facility (Race Rubber Headquarters).  Once your package leaves our possession it is literally out of our hands, there is nothing we can do at that point except rely on the carriers tracking information.  Packages addressed to locations outside of the United States are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and Race Rubber holds no responsibility for what happens to your package addressed to locations outside of the United States. This includes lost and damaged items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Race Rubber will only accept returns on parts directly purchased from Race Rubber.  If the purchase has been made with one of our dealers, the return must be handled through the dealer.  Dealers may be subject to their own return policies.  Returns to Race Rubber must be initiated within 30 days of placing the order.  Used, installed or damaged parts cannot be returned; only brand new parts, as received from Race Rubber are eligible to be returned.  Customers must email Race Rubber at info@race-rubber.com for return instructions and approval.  Race Rubber does not pay return shipping, this is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded.  Refunds for parts received in new condition will be processed within 7 days in most cases.  If we have questions after receiving the returned parts, the return will not be processed until the customer answers the inquiries from Race Rubber.  Product can only be returned for store credit, cash refunds will not be given.
